Benefits of Custom Labels
It’s all about appearances. The one thing that separates a product from others is the packaging and what impression it leaves. Packaging and labels can work as an instant success. However, the wrapping, covers, and tags must be distinctive and professional.
Professionalism: A well-designed label will make your product look polished and protective. A custom-made product label with a description boosts the products. Nonetheless, adding a catch-phrase on the product label can do wonders.
Fitting the product: You can include the exact details of your items on the label. The labels save you from the generic tags that can be misleading at-time. A product label works like a glove, as you can add all the information on the same page.
Brand recognition: Draw out a separate identity for your brand by printing personalized name labels. Brand recognition develops when your product is present on the shelf with similar products. Most importantly, brand labels distinguish products and help foreign buyers as well.
Advertising: Custom-made labels promote your product to potential customers. The product will stay in the customers’ minds as product labels increase brand awareness and trust.
Labels for outdoor signs, car merchandise, mugs, and other items that go through the dishwasher are made out of outdoor vinyl, and they are UV resistant. Oracal 641 is a permanent matte vinyl, and it is a waterproof, durable, and dishwasher-safe printing material.
On the other hand, indoor labels are writable, and you can choose from; white, clear, or silver metallic. Most importantly, resistance to oil and moisture makes it a deal for products such as beers, shampoos, conditioners, etc.
Roll labels are easy to dispense, and it is easier to manage the roll labels.
The automatic dispensers and label applicators can also handle roll labels. Sheet labels do not depend on the quantity; you can also get 5-30 labels on one sheet. On the contrary, cut-down labels are unique, and they are made as per the exact size of the product, such as bottles, name tags, mugs, etc.
The process of giving an edge to past the outline of your label. Bleed zone works as a primer to ensure that your design prints to the edge of the labels.
A safe area is a zone between the center of the label and the label outline. The safe area ensures that no element of the design is left out. While designing the logo, leave the important information and graphic out of this section.
Well, the color of the material is the same in the majority of the cases. However, when it comes to the digital printing process, the color can vary slightly.
Clear matte material has a non-shiny and flat finish; it gives a frosty look when applied to a product. However, the gloss material is shiny and transparent.
In digital printing, a toner is used that is applied to the material that needs to be printed. The toner forms a thin layer on the material by a heating process. After, with an inkjet or laser printer, the design is printed on the sheet.
Whereas flexible rubber or plastic plates are used in flexographic printing, each plate shifts on a cylinder and cooperates with quick-drying ink. The material operates between the plates and the roller, and the design is pasted on the material.
If you use a labeling machine or dispenser, the term unwind is of no use to you. However, if you are pasting the labels manually, unwind direction is how a label unwinds. While unwinding the labels, you need to be extremely careful with the direction.
Go for BOPP (plastic material); it is durable and moisture resistant as well. Even if the product is placed in water, the label will not come out easily.
Our custom-made labels are weather-resistant, and they can also withstand exposure to sunlight and water. However, vinyl and corrugated plastic is a good deal for both outdoor and indoor application.
Unfortunately, you cannot write on UV coating. However, we do have matte and aqueous coating material available, which is a writable material.
